They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
