Prior to booking for a minor service, I called in to get a quote, which was provided. After the service was completed, I went to pick up my car to only find out they charged me an extra $100 on extra services I didn't ask for. My windscreen wipers were changed 6 months prior by them and was working fine, but they changed it again and charged me.
