There's never parking available and the staff here are hit or miss on attitude.
I have ordered from you all about 10 times after hearing about you from Loadingreadyrun, and have had nothing but fantastic experiences. Great customer service representatives, shipping, and you always make the extra effort when out of the LRR buttons to send something. I made an order just before midnight Sunday night and screwed up my mailing address. I had my order going to an old address. Customer service was closed but the store was open. So I called the shop and they fixed my problem right away. I live on the other side of the country, and yet every order I've made with Card Kingdom has gotten to me in only three days. Not only are they fast, but their selection of mtg singles is wonderful. Definitely going to return when I want more cards.
Done several orders through the years - CK has always shipped fast and safe to Europe (from East USA to mid Europe in 3 work days with assistance from FedEx). Highly recommended.
This place rocks great customer service card prices
I came in to finish up several edh decks and left with almost 150 cards. Only 1 card wasn't in stock. Amazing! Love the fact that there is an eatery attatched! Staff was awesome and one of the regulars and I chatted up games at lunch. Took just over 3 hrs travel time but worth every minute. I'll be back for some table top games and more MTG soon enough!
Made a pre order that shipped on April 8th, it took 10 days for the delivery. Why even do a pre order if it takes 10 days to deliver it. Where I come from that's considered terrible customer service. But hey who cares, you got paid. Last online order with this store ever, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this site
