I purchased an 04 accord a couple of months ago, and have put a little over half of the purchase price of the car into it in repairs since then. I test drove it and the brakes were shot and skipped and rattled the whole car and the check engine light was on. I was told this was be replaced after purchase during the safety inspection and when I received the car it was untouched.
