Rented a glorified garage efficiency with no amenities from them that costed an arm and a leg for over a year. They never picked up a single phone call from me to this day. Refused my deposit to be returned based on arbitrary standards and a made up “flea treatment” which was not written in the lease as required. Extremely unamenable to extensions. Not much we can do about these predatory slumlords except leave reviews, or use the BBB.
Absolutely horrendous! Nothing but slumlords. Beware!
The customer service and actual performance for this management company is absolutely terrible! This from a current tenant (not one looking for a lease) who’s experienced hardship from this management company for at least the last three and a half years…we obviously will not be resigning. Our rent increased three times , but there was no updates or upgrades given to the apartment at all. Joel scheduled a showing with me on Monday, 11/6/23 at 2PM. He never showed up to the showing, and when I called him to see if he was just running late, he did not answer his phone. If this man can't manage his own calendar, just think how well he manages his properties! I took time off of work for this showing, and he wasted that time.
Great experience in and out. Quick full return of deposit. No problems at all. Easy to work with.
