Was expecting the usual "sorry we dont stock those carbies" for my honda gx340 generator but not only did they have it in stocks, the kind gentleman threw in the gaskets and cost me a lousy $30 I was over the moon and very happy chappy

I recently ordered a fuel pump kit from Carby Doctor. After a little mix up, I got an inlet valve and I'm guessing the person that order the inlet valve got my fuel pump kit, I got the kit. Shaun was extremely prompt to reply to my email about the mix up and got the kit off to me by express post. I couldn't be happy with his customer service and highly recommend him. The mower now runs great too.
