Me and my wife we're looking for a BMW, Carbuffs had the perfect color combo that we were looking for with very low miles and very clean vehicle. The price was $2000 below Kelley blue book. And when we came with a check to buy the vehicle, he opened up even after closing time so we could pick up the vehicle on that day. Received AUTO REPLY saying owner would be contacting me, never heard a response from anyone after that. Apparently owner still wants to sell but not returning calls or they were never contacted???
I was hoping for a great experience based on the reviews here but was left very disappointed. Richie had listed a car on here that I was interested in days before it was ready for sale. I contacted him everyday to check whether I could come by to see it. I kept getting told that it would be ready tomorrow, and this went on for about three days. On the 4th day I called back but was told yet again it would be ready tomorrow but there were several people ahead of me interested in the car. I felt like I was given the run around ... read more

Carbuffs contacted me right away after I expressed interest in the 2013 CC Luxury that they were advertising. I only spoke with them via email, but my boyfriend stopped by to see the car in person and said that it was very positive experience. I ended up purchasing a different car, but will keep them in mind in the future.
If it's sold, take it down- dealer responded the car sold last week for $1000 more than asking- this is not what I was expecting...don't waste our time
