Dr. C answered all of my questions and listened to all of my observations and concerns. He was very friendly and professional and did a thorough exam. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. My experience with Dr. C has convinced me to see no other optometrist except him--which i will do now.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

They offer great pricing. Very fair. Good service. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Very caring and competent provider.
