Megan, the medical assistant at this location is extremely ignorant . My grandmother was the patient, she made us feel belittled, she is very rude . Seems like staff needs an attitude adjustment.
I was in and out in 35 minutes and given a sick note for missing work. Everyone is extremely helpful.
Pulled in at 4:30, note on the door that they were "full" for the day. Thats ridiculous when your published hours are until 6pm. That means you are open until 6, not until you are "full" . The medical community in this area is horrible. I had high hopes for this, something that wasn't Geisinger owned for a change. BIG disappointment
