I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Pretty terrible customer service experience. They shipped me the wrong item and still charged me the restocking fee when I sent it back. I wanted to exchange the item, filled out the paperwork etc. and shipped it back. The exchange wasn't fulfilled and I never got any explanation why. My review would be 0 if there was one. sweater advertised as cashmere when it was 5 % cashmere and 90% cotton...misleading. Two days after placing my order they offered 20% off. Their clothes are over priced and run small Their catalog is beautiful...don't be misled!!!

Horrible company. The over-priced clothes come from China and are at least one size too small. They represent themselves with the slowest low end shipping smart post. What should cost 7.00 in shipping they charge 16.00. The shipping takes 3 weeks if you live across country. They charge for returns on clothes that are too small which takes another 3 weeks with their crappy smart post return label. Nothing but good things to say...bought alot of stuff...and even had a button fall off a pullover...but guess what ..sewed it back on..boom..good as new.. All good in my book
I have asked them 5 times to remove me from their mailing list, but they keep sending me their catalog. I DON'T WANT IT!
