Horrible customer service!! They issued a refund to the wrong person and refuse to correct the issue! It takes a lot for me to go through the effort of leaving a negative review, but what they have done is horrible.
I have ordered quite a bit of clothing from Carbon2Cobalt and have been happy with the items. However, it has always annoyed me that there are not free returns. Now I received a shirt as a present that was defective and emailed them on 1/8/20. It's now 1/24/20 and I have had a running email exchange since then. Horrible ... stay away, ordered a Christmas gift on December 9. Could not even see my gift status in their system for days afterward. Scheduled to be delivered by Friday, December 20, then they sent me a notice that delivery would be Thursday, December 20. It is December 21 and I still do not have my husbands gift. Took two days to reply to an email to customer service. Was on hold for them for over one hour. Will never order from Carbon 2 Cobalt again. Not even 1/2 star!
Shirts fall apart and shrink after 1 was. Catalog does not match actual items.
I've never bought anything from this company, yet they keep sending me catalogs. Items are WAY overpriced. They are NOT Patagonia or LL Bean. Just go away.
The people who put your catalog together need to take over the ordering/shipping process. The catalog is not a fair representation of what actually shows up, (when it finally shows up). Stop sending me your catalog, I’m done taking chances on this company.
got dobby shirt for xmas from my sister. quality was unimpressive for the price and sizing was too small. sent it back with exchange (they don't even have an online form) and over two months later have heard nothing. the absolute worst online company i've ever dealt with
Ordered a shirt which had a manufacturing defect. (Quality Control?) They want me to pay return shipping if I exchange. That's their policy even if it was their mistake. I will refund my card and say goodbye. Good luck with that policy. Additionally, they said the shirt was in stock when I originally ordered and later discovered it was back ordered. 4 weeks later. Beware of the descriptions in this catalog. I ordered a "white" shirt that proved to be a light gray--in other words, dingy. Even odder, the inside of the fabric was tinted light brown. Ugh. Never mind that it was priced around $90. Won't order from these folks again.
