Absolute disaster. Returns taking upwards of 90 days. Customer service rep actually told me their warehouse is working on shipping product first and customer issues are taking a back seat. Poorly run business that is revenue driven. Beware before you consider.
Ordered a hoodie from them in late December. Followed up via phone first week of Jan to check on my order and was told the item was delayed but would arrive and ship Jan13. Followed up a second time and was told the item now would arrive and ship on Jan21. Web site tracking said it was still "pending fulfillment." Called again and was now told it would arrive and ship on Jan28. Very unreliable company to deal with. Will never order from them again.
The catalog and website misrepresent the quality of the products. In the photos, the fabrics appear thick, rich, and warm. The two products I ordered (a shirt and a sweater) were both much thinner than what appears on the ads. Both were made in China. I wish I had read the reviews prior.
Only reason for 2 stars is that the shirt I got wasn't bad, but then I got the catalog and everything but the soap is imported. Need more "Made in America"!
I have ordered several items from C2C and have been quite pleased in every respect. The quality has been excellent, the shipping prompt, and the fit true to size. I order a lot from Orvis, and the C2C quality is comparable. I have not had to return any items, so I really can't address that aspect of their customer service. S far, so good.
I should have trusted the bad reviews. They are absolutely right! So far, my experience has included incompetent order processing, shipping failures, low quality customer service, and potential fraud as I have yet to receive my order or get refunded. I ordered 4 items online for a Christmas gift approx date Nov 24th for my son who is Airforce and stationed in the United Kingdom. I started checking on the item on Dec 15th, 2020 and the supervisor told me the package is probably lost and she would send another order out but they only had 1 item of the 4 items in stock. This company sells very cheap product at exorbitant prices. The catalogue pictures masterfully misrepresent the actual quality of the goods. Beware!
