Haley cleaned gobs of wax out of my ears like it was her favorite thing to do . In fact my husband Asked to have his ears cleaned also! The front desk lady was so organized and friendly. Hey--I don't wish anyone to need urgent care but if you do come to Carbon in Echo Park .
Okay I normally would not leave reviews for things like this but this is possibly the best health care service ive ever received? Definitely the best urgent care I've ever visited. Highly recommend coming here. Facilities are great and staff is friendly and professional. Saw Liz and Suzie today for a last minute walk in and they were incredible. Very grateful they squeezed me in before they closed.

I had a severe allergic reaction only a few miles away from this Carbon Health and ran in looking for medical attention, as there was no way I could make it to the ER. The whole team was so attentive and caring as I was barely intelligible. This is not the typical use case for urgent care, but they treated me swiftly, stayed with me until a steroid shot kicked in, prescribed me meds, and let me leave when I was ready. Extremely sweet team of people who care about your well being. Highly recommend.
