Everything was fine except for carbon health being a greedy corporation and fraudulently charging me an additional $20 a week after our services. The same thing happened last year (I go yearly for my child’s physical) and the same explanation of “it was a computer error” was given to me before being refunded. You have to watch your bank account like a hawk because of them trying to steal from you

I came in so flustered and stressed and worried and the care team put me entirely at ease. They're so patient and took the time address my concerns. Plus, I only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room.
