I was early to my appointment and still had to wait 30 mins then when I got into the room I had to wait another 30 mins to see the doctor then he only saw me for like 5-10 mins because I was dehydrated and they don’t have IV fluids so I wasted 186 dollars just to wait for 1 hour and only been seen for 5-10 mins just to be told to go spend more money at a ER which I could of have did that in the first place
Most of the carbon health provider i called cannot explain a clear process for DOT physical for TB clearance. Shifting responsibility to employer when PA or doctor has the authority to make a judgement is a bad practice just to make some more revenue for additional testings. 1 star because request to speak with manager was not granted.
Honestly, the costs are high, service is quick but they didn’t ask many questions or take things particularly serious.
Doctor visit went well, will be returning in 4 to 6 weeks. It's always a good task to complete at Carbon Health. Workers are polite and knowledgeable about their jobs. Thank You and Happy Holidays & Happy New Years🎉
Inaccurate and frustrating billing practices. I was hit with surprise out-of-network bills for scheduled PCP visits because Carbon Health failed to notify me that my doctor’s status had changed (in violation of CA law). Instead of correcting their failure to disclose this at check-in, they’ve engaged in finger-pointing with John Muir and refused to take any responsibility.
