Did not inform me of the TB test read validity period of 2-3 days nor schedule an appointment for the TB test read post taking the test. I took a test on a Wednesday, hoping to go back on a Saturday but did not know they were closed on Saturday. There was little to no communication on what needed to be done post TB test to get the read. I got night sweats from the TB test and am frustrated that I’ll have to get another one done.
Inaccurate and frustrating billing practices. I was hit with surprise out-of-network bills for scheduled PCP visits because Carbon Health failed to notify me that my doctor’s status had changed (in violation of CA law). Instead of correcting their failure to disclose this at check-in, they’ve engaged in finger-pointing with John Muir and refused to take any responsibility. Consider going somewhere else unless you're prepared to get hit with random bills years after services are provided.
