Professional staff, caring and follow up timely! Excellent Urgent Care facility when you need fast treatment.
While visiting Tucson both my wife and I were coughing incessantly and unable to sleep. On a Sunday morning at 8am we went into the clinic. The staff were welcoming and professional. Our insurance was researched and entered. The NP was thorough and very reassuring and medication prescribed. We were able to get our meds locally and our insurance covered it as if we were at our home in Alaska.
My visit was good the medicle care was excellent. I called in and was put on hold and was still on hold when I arrived 20 minutes later. The waiting area was empty and the attendant was on her phone. Not good customer service!
