The staff there actually care about the clients. They were very honest and helpful and made sure I was going to receive the care I was seeking before receiving any copay.
Charged $800 for service listed at $400. They repeatedly ran the credit card and refused to correct the bill.
Great customer service, I was in and out for my appt. From the polite receptionist, to the NP, to X-ray tech, they all did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you!!!
