I just wanted to rate this urgent care because they did amazing on my son’s finger when he smashed it they went above and beyond!!! They were closed for Labor Day and we had to go to another urgent care across the street worse experience ever. I wish I would have gotten the same treatment I got here but you guys seriously are the best! Keep up the great work with hiring the best staff!
Can not say enough good things about this office! Alexander, the PA, truly listened to our concerns and took them seriously. Very knowledgeable! Rian the MA, was so incredibly sweet and was able to perform a throat swab painlessly. We will never go to any other urgent care! Highly recommend, especially for kids as we were in and out incredibly quickly.
Dr. Amy Trott was outstanding. Now I'm looking to see if she can become my PCP.
There phone is turned off. they will never answer. To call back the doctor for your results. Front desk man is one of the best front desk employees I have ever met in a medical facility.
I had an exceptional experience at Northwest Urgent Care on 22nd and Harrison. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, efficient, and genuinely attentive. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen in a timely manner. The medical team was outstanding. They are professional, compassionate, and thorough in explaining everything. Rian and Dr Gorman made me feel truly cared for and confident in the treatment I received. Rian even helped me find the pharmacy that accepted my insurance and prescription.
