Everyone was so nice especially the doctor, Luke. He was extremely nurturing and kind. He made me feel comfortable and took care of my problem very swiftly.
I saw Luke NP in Feb for a gi problem. That was addressed quickly, collaboratively, and thoroughly. But he also noticed a respiratory issue that I wasn't really aware of and discussed it with me and encouraged me strongly to follow up on it. Turns out it was something serious and I'm so grateful he caught it. Excellent care.
The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was seen promptly but felt like my main concern was brushed aside and I was given a dx just to make it easy. I went in due to a bad cough coming from deep in my chest. No head or nasal congestion at all. Flu and Covid test were negative. He diagnosed me with a sinus infection, gave me a Zpack and said to go to the ER if I develop any worse symptoms. Not real pleased. And not worth the copay I had.

I've spent the last year and a half really sick . I've gone from specialist to Ed....and no answer. My second appointment with Dr. Bruce Oog and we had an answer finally!! I can finally breathe without pain, exhaustion and hacking. How this was missed with CTs every 3 months, cardio sònogram and labs... Myself, my husband and my care team are relieved!!
