I had an exceptional experience at Northwest Urgent Care on 22nd and Harrison. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, efficient, and genuinely attentive. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen in a timely manner. The medical team was outstanding. They are professional, compassionate, and thorough in explaining everything. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I booked online and was seen quickly when I arrived. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and attentive. Luke Huffaker and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend!
My second time at this location and even better than the first! Check in online for no wait. The staff is amazing and provides wonderful care. Ditch going to Nextcare across the street. I have a chronic health condition and am a professional patient. This place is the best! EDIT: This review was for CARBON HEALTH not Northwest Urgent Care! But they are taking credit for it. My son had to go for an injury which involved multiple scrapes and a broken arm. We had cared for the scrapes but they checked and prescribed ointment and additional advice as well as X-rays and a referral to the orthopedic doctor! Placed a quality brace on his arm and Sharme Walker was the provider and she was very kind and considerate and listened to us! Very grateful for our simple visit which we booked online and were taken in 3 mins before our appointment! This office is beautiful and peaceful!
