I went in with an inflamed cyst that was not scheduled for surgery until over a month from now. It was on my back and, still is, but the doctor at carbon was able to at least remove some fluid from it to release the pressure that was causing me so much pain! In fact she's going above and beyond and sending it over to Quest labs to get diagnosed to make sure I'm on the right antibiotic to treat it until I can have my surgery in December! Easy to make an appointment online, minimal paperwork to fill out once I arrived, prompt and respectful care. Provider talked me through everything and was kind and compassionate.
Ridiculous. I went to this urgent care and got tested for COVID, but they didn’t share my results (POSITIVE) with me until 48 hours later. For something as important and time-sensitive as COVID results, this delay is unacceptable.
