All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was checked in and seen fairly quickly and all of the personnel were friendly and professional. Good instructions were given by the nurse and PA. My issue was on its way to being resolved shortly after arriving!
Bare minimum service with some incompetence. I came in with a knee injury and was alone and still in shock so I did not advocate for myself. The front desk was very kind and the intake nurse did a good job. But the doctor looked at me for 5 seconds, told me to take tylenol for the inflammation (it is NOT an anti-inflammatory) and the person who fitted me for a brace gave me a much larger size than I needed rather than adjust the smaller sized one that was feeling tight. I was needing medical attention and I had an excellent experience at Carbon Health. As a retired R.N. I was impressed with the way I was treated and the expertise of the P.A. Ms Willey.
I still need to get the results of my lab
I scheduled a drug test for a new employer and it was easy and fast. The staff was really friendly and nice. Corbin was super nice and very professional. I will definitely come back if I need to.
