My appointment went very well at the Irving location. Michele, the PA was very thorough and provided information clearly.
Failed scheduling ( waited 2+ hrs with a pre-set appointment time) and failed to send medication to pharmacy. Double checked before I left Carbon Health, and was assured my prescription was sent. Arrived at pharmacy, no prescription. Waited more than 1 hour on hold via phone from pharmacy for them to figure out why my prescription did not arrive.
