1 star because of the staff: Called Northwest Urgent Care because I needed to ask whether a medication I was prescribed prior days could be continued for a few more days, or if there was another option that could be sent in. My symptoms have improved, but they have not fully gone away, and I was simply trying to get basic guidance. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered the phone, Amanda, was extremely rude and dismissive.
