Very happy with visit to Northwest Urgent Care at Oro Valley Marketplace. I made appt on line, for that day, showed up and they saw me almost immediately Dr. Simmons was fantastic, they took xrays in office, diagnosed me and fully explained everything that was going on, got meds prescribed to my pharmacy and provided me a thorough written summary of my diagnosed conditions with care instructions that included great images and descriptions. I could not be happier with care received there...Excelente
Terrible!! What’s the point of making an appointment, arriving early to be told they’re walk in only. Waited over 3 hours. People in waiting room very irate. Do not offer appointment times, forward a confirmation of an appointment if it’s not a reality with your office. Front office was nasty as well. Go somewhere else!
