I was humiliated. When it was owned by Carbon Health I was always treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
Had apt waited almost 45 extra minutes. I was told I had stomach virus and I was dehydrated due to 3 days of diarrhea and vomiting. They did not offer an IV for dehydration. Then waited again for note. Went home
Staff knolagable, professional and friendly
Staff has always been friendly with people and getting seen is fairly good. I have usually been very lucky. Appts seem to move quickly unless lots of patients come in all at once. This happened on last visit & it took longer plus they only had one nurse practitioner on staff. Luckily they were able to accommodate me as I was almost ready to leave. But once I got help, I felt much relieved. Very Professional!
