I would not recommend this urgent care. My husband and I were directed there by another Northwest Urgent Care in the area because they have an x-ray machine. Since the first urgent care we went to did not have a machine and they were in the midst of an emergency, they checked us out and sent us to Oro Valley Marketplace. When we arrived there, I checked us in and we waited in the lobby to be seen. Shortly thereafter, one of their nurses, or NP's, not sure who she was, came out to us in the lobby and in a VERY aggressive way ... read more
Short wait (but I had called a few minutes before to pre register). Courteous NP. Went home satisfied.
I walked in last minute on a Friday night. The staff treated me with such care and compassion and were so kind to this very sick out-of-towner. My doctor listened and gave me not only a sensible treatment plan, but ways of helping me be more comfortable for my imminent flight. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
