I already told my story of the horror I experienced at this place. The only thing I have to add is that after about 4 and a half months They still haven't done a thing. I wonder if they still have the same employees?
Beautiful lobby, sterile environment, friendly staff. . I suggested the medical treatment options. No staff suggestions of pain relief. I went home with my injury still of concern and issues. Medication that I suggested was quickly available at the pharmacy. I hope this helps!
Go die somewhere else. Paid 215.00 dollars up front to see a doctor. A person who did not identify themselves came into the room and said, I am not going to treat you. Let me show you the door. On the way out, she told me to go back to Montana to see a doctor. This woman was downright hostile like a rabid dog. The next day, I went to a different clinic for urgent care. I have visited the Northwest Urgent Care at Oro Valley Hospital twice and want to let people know that they are amazing to work with from the front desk staff to the Nurse Practitioners (Erin Jensen, in particular). They are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They are caring and really want to help you feel better. If I could, I would have them for all my doctor visits.
Really great experience here! Erica was amazing as always! She has the best bedside manner and the most positive attitude! Dr. Kamps was also very caring and got me into a specialist the same day! Really amazing care! Thank you to everyone who helped me here today. I appreciate you all
