I got an appt very easily, was seen right away and very pleased with care i recieved, very caring, thorough, and efficient. I couldnt recommend the team at Carbon more highly, very grateful.i do still wish you could offer viral swab for more seriously ill patients.

This is the second time I scheduled an appointment and walked in to make sure they knew I was there. The woman behind the counter just looked at me and said nothing. Not be right with you take a seat or anything. She was on the computer staring at the screen. So I sat down and waited for acknowledgment that I was there instead she just got up and went into the back office.
