I called Carbon Health in Irvine to ask how to add my insurance for a telehealth appointment, and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. She kept saying “I don’t know” and made zero effort to find a solution or direct me to someone who could help. When I asked to cancel the appointment, she just said “yeah, no problem” with attitude. That’s not how you treat patients — especially people who are sick and just trying to get care. Very disappointing experience.
