If there was zero star, that was my review! I had an appointment today Aug 13 at 1:45 PM, but as of 2:30 PM, I still had not been checked in. Unfortunately, one of the staff members at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, refusing to provide any clear information or assistance. She appeared angry, treated me as if I didn’t exist, and showed no concern that I had been waiting at the front desk for a long time—coming and going while completely ignoring me. I got an appointment online and had a pleasant experience here. The facilities are nice and the front desk person who checked me in was very nice and friendly. I took one star off because I wasn’t able to reach them through phone to confirm my insurance before my appointment. And when I show up around an hour before appointment, the person who was working front desk wasn’t very friendly. Thankfully when I come in, another person was there at the front desk with much better attitude.
