They were great. Really listened to me, were extremely nice, found out what my issue was and took care it.
I feel genuinely slapped in the face by this place. Back in October, I desperately needed urgent care and called four clinics to compare prices. Carbon Health ran my insurance info through billing and told me the "new patient urgent care office visit" would be $160, with additional charges for services performed during the visit. Now it’s December, and I get a bill saying that the same “new patient office/outpatient visit” is actually $270, and the $160 I was quoted—and paid—only covered part of it.
