Called this place, made an appointment for a specific time for a simple reason. I walk in they can't find the appointment and make me wait for 20+ mins after I explained my issue. After taking my info , I wait and someone asks me the same question I just explained to receptionist.
They are the coolest people; I've had to go here twice for my accident-prone 10 year old. They're the best, I wish they could be my family practice!

The Physician Assistant Helen at the Irvine Carbon Health is one of the most professional, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable medical professionals I have ever met and encountered!
