All of the staff is always very friendly, they do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible but still providing very good care. Dr. Parisi is the best!
I want to take the time to say how much I love this urgent care facility. Dr Mule was excellent. So was our follow up Dr Cisco (?). Both Drs took the time to explain everything to myself and my son. I highly recommend.
this facility illegally refused to treat me because in 2015 my insurance denied their claim and did not pay their portion even though i fully paid my co pay portion they notified me that i am in collections due to my insurance denying their claim and would not let me pay the bill there to be seen or pay in full to be seen just denied me treatment and told me to leave
i love this place, never had a bad experience.
My 8 year old sprained her finger in school. She was very upset and nervous. Dr. Conca and his staff’s caring attention made her feel so much better. They let her go behind the desk and examine the X-rays with them. She felt like a little doctor. He explained in detail how it was just a sprain. He eased all her anxiety. I could not be more pleased with the service we received. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Conca especially if you have young children.
This is by far the best Urgent Care that I've been to. Dr. Mule and the rest of the staff are caring, compassionate, and helpful. I will continue to visit My InstaDoc in Howell for all of my medical needs.

I went to the urgent care because I was having trouble breathing and the dr and staff were nice friendly and made me feel comfortable and I recommend them!!
