I’ve been in Cancer treatment for the last year and a half so I’ve been in and out of many Il with many doctors and nurses and I must say that Carbon Health in La Costa/Carlsbad, was one of the best experience I’ve had in this time. They were friendly, efficient, But I didn’t feel rushed then they took enough time with me too, evaluate my situation and provide a solution. This was the worst ever urgent care experience ever. Scheduled 3:45 and never got to see the dr until 4:30. Walked out of without any clue what happened if my kid has an ear infection or not because they could not get the ear wax out. Unfortunately we spent 2 hours without knowing a diagnosis. The MAs seemed not knowing what they should be doing except kept asking us to wait. There is only 1 physician on site and he could not triage the patients flow. Be aware of coming here.
