This is what I'll say... There's something concerning about the lack of urgency in the urgent cares in this area. We attempted to call both carbon health urgent cares (Fairfield and Vacaville)due to my husband having an allergic reaction to something on the weekend. First off, it was impossible to get someone on the phone without waiting for 30 minutes, then the only appointments you could get were 8 hours later. negative if I can. tbey will bill you not your insurance and automagically charge you if yoy decided to talk to somebody you will be dead before someone get back to you trash company. BIG SCAM CHARGING OATIENTS INSTEAD OF INSURANCE AND YOU JAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS TO DISCUSS THE BILL. YOH WILL BE ON HOLD FOR HOURSSSS
Quick service for sports physical, but they refused to provide or prepare a receipt that lists the services provided so good luck getting reimbursed through insurance of FSA.
Beware! this location will turn you away if your a walk in when it clearly states on the window "walk ins welcome everyday from 9am to 7pm" it doesn't say "walk ins welcome when we feel like it"
