The worst company. The front desk nurse at the new Market street location is rude and smug. The billing and support departments are not responsive. When I finally got in touch, they hang up on you. My issue is still not resolved and I was billed anyway. And you cannot delete your payment on their app. I have never written a bad review about any company before. If that matters, they clearly messed this up.
