I applied here and I'm on the waiting list Apts are very nice. I"thought" as far as the comment saying they don't enforce the smoking policy I disagree the apartments are absolutely smoke free but if you smoke you leave the property that is what I was told and they prefer to rent to non smokers I think people are so ungrateful when these places are so helpful for low income people with physical disability and such. I may never get to live there but I'm thankful for the chance to try it's next to impossible to afford housing ... read more
Carbon Creek Shores is a smoke-free community. - Taken from the company web site just today, Oct. 23rd 2017. If this is a smoke free community, why does RHF provide cigarette butt containers near the front door of the property? Please, RHF, enforce the rules and remove the offending parties who are smoking pot and cigarettes in their apartments.
