Brian was excellent — made the car buying process stress-free!
My experience with CarBlip was fantastic. I was having trouble finding the exact interior and exterior color I wanted. Brian was able to find it for me within an hour. The entire process was fast and easy with the dealership delivering the car straight to me my door. Brian worked out an amazing deal! I will use their services again next time I’m in the market for a new car.
Brian at CarBlip was incredible! I told him what I wanted, and he handled all the legwork—pulling together great options and tweaking everything until it matched my wish list (and more). The car was delivered right to my home, and Brian even went the extra mile by bringing a bottle of grease remover for the inevitable smudges I’ll make on my white interior. Friendly, professional, and truly above-and-beyond service!
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Carblip this time around. They basically ignored the specifics (color, options) I wanted and then after taking a long time came back to me with none of what I had wanted. They also quoted me prices for the car I wanted to lease that were higher than when I spoke to the dealership directly. Joe @ Carblip has now helped me with 2 new cars within the span of a ~2.5 years. Slightly different circumstances for each: The first one was a purchase— Joe ordered the car for me from the factory that was then built, shipped and delivered straight to my door. The second for my wife just arrived via local dealer— this time a lease delivered straight to our door.
