This place should have gone out of business al long time ago. There used to be good people there. I would stay far far away. When iI tried working with then they were not responsive and a salesman named Brian truly had no idea what he was taking about. Bought the car elsewhere because they said that Toyota didn’t even make that model car that I am now happily driving. Don’t waste your time.
I randomly found CarBlip in a reddit thread and gave it a shot. Their website is not great but you quickly get paired with an agent and then things fly. Elliot was very friendly and communicative. After finding a few similar options, He found the exact config of the Lexus I wanted, negotiated for me, and had it shipped and registered to my door - when I had spoken to two Lexus dealers near me that just said "this is what we have, take it or leave it."
