Dr Carballo has no manners as a business owner. Office is run with poor coordination of appoinments and patients. Then he gets mad because he can't accept his practice lacks the organization skills from his staff. He might be a great vet, but his manners have a lot to say about him. My pet had been seen by Dr. Orlando, his other vet and he got involved on an issue only to upset me, instead of lending a hand and solving the problem!!! This message is in reference to Bella C.'s review on Carballo Animal Clinic. The actual negative effects of dental tartar, periodontal disease and bacterial infection in the oral cavity of the dog are much more detrimental to the pet's health than actual anesthetic complications. As long as a thorough physical exam and pre-op blood work is done in order to assess the pet's overall health in conjunction with proper anesthetic procedure, the risks are minimal.
