Everyone, especially the owner, who works here is rude and disrespectful. DO NOT come here if you have other options
They are ONLY open from 7am to 11pm. This is the only hotel that I know of that does this. I was there at 11.15 and lost my paid room. I went to the hotel nearby at 11.30 and paid for a room. Agoda, doesn't give refunds. They said read the fine print where the hotels states this. I still couldn't fined the FINE print. Even so, why not post up front to help customers, not seal their money.

Overall it was an amazing experience. Service was top notch and the environment was really amazing. Highly recommended.
