I bought a Jayco caravan at Midland Megastore about 6-7 weeks ago and cannot recommend them more highly. Fantastic service from first stepping into the showroom to the purchase and then after service. Staff have taken my calls and queries seriously. Service like this does not exist as often as you would like.
My wife and I bought a van from them a couple weeks ago. We can not speak more highly nor recommend them more highly, all staff were friendly, helpful, and nothing was too difficult, the entire process was effortless. Their customer service is second to none. In particular we want to mention Kayne and Glen, Kayne was extremely informative, a wealth of knowledge and a delight to deal with. Do not recommend this place. Travelled 45min to look at purchasing an advertised van, to be told very bluntly by a salesman its sold and I should have called to check before coming. No apology for wasting my time, no effort from salesman to see if we were even interested in anything else. 4 days later van is still listed online for sale... Will be taking my business elsewhere.
