I can’t say enough about Chris and the entire service team at Caranfa. They are extremely friendly and easy to work with, always timely with my repairs, and keep me updated every step of the way. The labor rates are a little on the pricey side, but I’d certainly rather pay the extra dime for high quality, honest service. An overall great experience every time. Keep up the good work!

Horrible customer service. My car(less than a year old) broke down in Ohio. I'm from Wisconsin. Instead of helping during this frustrating time, Joe not only didn't help, but his customer service skills made me even more angry and frustrated to the point where I'm unsure I'll ever buy a Ford again. He stuck the customer between him and Ford roadside assistance instead of helping to make the situation smooth. I heard a bunch of "I can'ts".
