Had the bacon cheese burgers, which were hand crafted, cooked to perfection and the hand cut fries that brought it all together. Do NOT miss out on the homemade desserts! We split the whipped, peanut butter cheesecake...delightful! Locally owned, family run business..check them out in your travels, just a few minutes off interstate 81.
Although the restaurant had a few people in it the food I ordered was received wrong,cold and very inadequate. The gravy tasted like pure flour
Caramelized is no longer in business its now rt.11 diner. Very good food and service
This place is actually called Route 11 now. Anyway, the food was amazing and the server was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning soon.
