Had a pleasant experience until I was sent a $60 bill for a service I did not ask for when I already paid $475 because they “could not take my insurance” for whatever reason i’m not sure it’s not even state insurance. Employee never advised me of any fees nor did she ask if it was okay and I have now been reaching out for 2 weeks attempting to speak to a manager very politely for them to keep telling me i’ll receive a call back and i have not. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM. never again will i spend money here.
Ommmgggg Kiara and Aaron are truly amazing , supportive and very informative. Both ladies have beautiful energy and the office is spotless clean . I was so nervous walking in but the atmosphere was so positive and I will definitely recommend this beautiful place to my family and friends
Very professional place, nurses were nice, they allow one person to accompany you the entire time which was nice and refreshing. Front desk staff was off did not greet once I entered just told me to sit down after waiting at the desk, very awkward interaction.
The staff at Carafem were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The environment was welcoming, and they provided clear information, ensuring I felt informed and supported. I appreciate their compassionate approach and would recommend them to anyone seeking a judgment-free, respectful experience!
