Some dishes were good, but none were great. Excellent service and nice atmosphere.
Our experience here was mostly a positive one. Very friendly staff, prompt seating, great buffet options. Only remark is when I tried the hot chocolate it tasted like it was seating there for a while, even though I mixed it, it was lumpy and had a grainy texture. Overall good place
My family and I visited El Caracol for Sunday brunch on March 19th around 11:45 AM. We’ve been coming to this restaurant for over seven years, but unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, things went wrong. My husband and I had a private lunch here to celebrate with our families after our courthouse wedding - and we were absolutely blown away by Caracol! Everything was perfect - the service was incredible & the staff were accommodating & kind, the food and drinks were very tasty, and the private room (Marea) was perfect for our group of 12.
