Caracol is Houston's best coastal Mexican seafood restaurant — no contest. The atmosphere is beautiful, upscale but relaxed, and the menu showcases just how creative and diverse Mexican seafood cuisine can be. The seared tuna tacos were incredible, the mussels were outstanding, and the brunch buffet is a genuine treat. The bar team is excellent and the live music on weekends makes the whole experience. A consistent standout in the Galleria area.

Good service but mediocre food.
I went on a busy Friday and had a great experience. Even though the restaurant was packed, the atmosphere was lively and fun. The drinks were excellent, Alex the bartender was great, very friendly and welcoming, and the other bartender alongside him was making fresh juice cocktails that were absolute heaven.
