Beware! Once you are a tenant for any length of time with this company you are ignored, no phone calls returned. You have to beg for any type of maintenance. They treat their long time tenants (for me it's been 20yrs) horribly. Spent over 5yrs trying to get a hot water tank replaced. Finally after 5 yrs of patching it back together and still not working. One day they could no longer patch it up and there was NO hot water at all, they finally had to replace it. I have the original cupboards that were installed over 20 yrs ago... read more
Great apartment buildings they have in Kingston.
Building is infested with roaches. they dodge tenants phone calls and refuse to send anyone for at least two weeks. Edit: the building is 283 the parkway. After calling all day Wednesday I spoke to someone who said that the roach problem needs to be dealt with asap and someone will be by on Thursday. Thursday I got a call from Lisa not because of the roach problem but because they would like me to take my review down. She said they tenants were confused and they provide us with a lovely living space 🤔 like the horrible laun... read more
Very very nice management. They resolved my persistent door problem repeatedly with patience. I highly recommend them compared to other residence place
Don't have ethics for the approval process for new tenants.
