Putting a patient in a DIRTY exam room. Then dismissing them and telling them "be careful if a surgeon who says you need surgery but won't do it" when that surgeon saved my fiancees life where as a WVU surgeon almost killed him. And of course she is part of WVU medicine. Wasted over $50 in gas and 7 hours of our day for that gem of information. The photo is from ME cleaning the counter and sink!! Wasted time. I never felt like “just another patient.” They created a treatment plan tailored to my needs, and I left feeling confident and reassured after my surgery.

This "doctor" DOES NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. I specifically ask about ways to decrease the emense pressure building up in the middle and lower back, and she offered nothing but to pass me through to another doctor, another 3-6 month wait time. When ask SPECIFIC questions about increasing difficulty with walking and loss of movement in legs, she offered NOTHING. The visit was a complete waste of time and $$.
