Cara understood the assignment 😊 I was looking for a realtor to assist with selling my mothers home. I personally would not recommend Cara. We purchased our first home from her and although she was professional and responsive throughout the entire process, that was about it. She did not go above and beyond in any way, shape or form. My husband and I are both active duty military and we were stationed in Hawaii when we purchased a home here in Virginia, so we did not see the house prior to purchasing. When we arrived, Cara did not greet us, did not leave us a welcome gift or anything of the sort. The house smelled absolutely... read more
