Extremely disappointing experience. I paid $300 for a partial highlight after a clear consultation with multiple photos of a bright, dimensional blonde result. I also specifically asked not to end up darker, as I’m working toward my desired color for my upcoming wedding celebration. After a 5.5 hour appointment, I left with hair that was darker than when I came in, visible root gaps, and highlights that looked grown out immediately.
