I am very disappointed with how long it took to get my husband's truck back. It ended up being over 6 weeks to get it back! They kept promising it was going to get fixed by a certain time frame. No call from them when that time frame came so we had to continue to call them. I completely get a few times but it starts to get old when you have called enough times you have the phone number and extension number memorized.
