called ordered tires yesterday. called they were in got here at 330. they installed the new tires. just as quoted.

the manager at Macomb Illinois carx was so mean he yelled at me unprofessional rude we just wanted an alignment but I got more problems
A couple months ago I brought in a flat tire at 7:30 am. “We’ll have it done soon”. Returned at 3pm still not done. Today I called at 10:45 for oil change and tire rotation. “If you bring it now, we could have it done in an hour and 15 minutes”, 2:10 pm still parked where I left it and nothing had been done! Taking vehicle elsewhere. Never again will I go back. Always been slow service. I don’t know how they can afford to stay in business!
