Clean!! – The waiting area is clean and bright, with a good selection of magazines (including magazines with primarily female readerships). Car-X also will give you free rides while they fix your car.
Trustworthy and honest! – I just wanted to give a shout out to Car-X Auto Service. The owner and the staff here are gems. They has always been honest and helpful - for the first time in my adult life I completely trust the mechanics. They are worthy of high praises. Honest! – The employees are friendly, communicative, trusting, and knowledgeable. I went in for a battery change for the very first time and I am sure I will return for any other repair services for my car.
Stellar service! – These guys rock, my wife and I both take our cars here and have for a number of years. I have never found them to be expensive and am quite sure they have saved me money over the long run. You don't have to hesitate to take your car here.
They're excellent there! I love it ! I'm so happy I found the place! They don't try to up-sell you on anything you don't need and they're just all around cool! If you're doing an oil change they do everything else your car needs and they try their best to get you out as soon as possible. They have a team of excellent mechanics who KNOW cars, inside and out.
