A Jalopy – After the first time in this place I took my car for the second time. These guys are nice to you even if you're bringing in a jalopy. They will patiently tell you the needed repairs, the priorities and economical alternatives. The manager will even wait on you if you are running late, how cool is that? Oh yeah, and the price is right!

Devoted Customer – I have been dealing with your Chicago branch for over 5 years and have to let you know what a great service and work ethic your workers provide. They are not only very hard workers, they have great personality and are fair to their customers. Some workers were gone from this shop for a while and I went elsewhere for my auto service and was not happy at all. Quality Work!! – I've always had fast and friendly service here and never once have I felt screwed over, pressured or taken advantage of. While you may be able to find a less expensive shop, at Car-X, when they fix something, you aren't going to have to come back and have it re-done 3 weeks later. They do it once and they do it right, quality work all the way. They are also very accommodating about off hour drop offs and rush jobs, what more could you ask for?

Bring it down here to Car-X – Car-X Auto Service is the place to take my truck for all my maintenance needs. Their staff is efficient and polite. I have peace of mind knowing that the job was done right and that they will let me know when my truck is due for a safety check. Thank you Car-X for your great work!

Superb! – Finally a great shop: I recently took my car to Car-X Auto Service for an engine problem. I was told by another shop my car needed $700.00 worth of work. Car-X Auto Service checked it out and saved me $300.00. They were able to correctly diagnose it and made the repair very quickly and the car is running perfectly. Finally a great shop that knows what they are doing. Thank you very much for your AWESOME service!

Quick!! – I brought in my '06 Audi after banging up a rear wheel quite badly (a power-slide gone awry...), and they gave her excellent care. They were quick to hop on the problem, good at interacting with my insurance (who had no complaints about Car-X trying to do any unnecessary work), and kept me up to date as the problem(s) got solved and parts came in.
