I recently brought my car in to be looked at. Nathan at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. The wait wasn't very long, and the technician, David, took the time to explain what he thought the problem was, which I appreciated. The quality of customer service I receive at this shop is excellent.

New management, very poor customer service. I brought my car in for a brake inspection at the Nona, Inc. Car-X Naperville location. After I got the estimate, I decided to hold off for now, as the car was safe to drive. When I went into my car, the ignition switch was loose in the dash. It was not this way when I brought it in and when I brought it to there attention they took the dash apart. I have a remote start on my vehicle and there's wiring wrapped around the key cylinder. Poor customer service. I didnt get past the initial phone call. I called the Robbinsdale location on Lakeland Ave. The guy who took my call was very rude. I found another shop not affiliated with Car-X Auto Service who answered all my questions and had lots of patients.

At CarX on Kingshighway ( Tower Grove Area) thought I needed new breaks for my car. Turns out jut need break fluid to be change ... and adjustment on wheel total $ 100 bucks. Very happy with these guys super nice. Explain everything and we view the car together and pointed out parts .. Overall, car doesn't need any breaks, nor pads all is great basically new. Honest , nice place to bring your car. No charge if you have them just look at your cat... Great free service. Thanks guys Danielle T.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Had a noise under the hood and a muffler problem. They tried to tell me to replace the whole muffler, resonate chamber and exhaust manifold and said the noise was a sway bar link. I have mechanic friend and training myself and know the strut is bad and the manifold is all that really needs to be replaced, maybe, more disassembly is needed to know for sure but wanted to see what they would say, so we will go somewhere else and I highly recommend do not go here for anything, very very suspicious.

Great hours and service – Jerry was great. My car broke down on Friday afternoon and he was one of the few places opened at 5:00. He was the best price and able to finish my car next day. They are also conveniently located right off the greenbelt trail so I was able to safely ride my bike to pick up my bike.

Great Service!! – I have been nursing along and periodicly bringing my 1995 Saturnn back to life for some time now. The car has 192,000 miles on it. I really don't want to spend a lot of money on this car. Driving to work last Wednesday, I heard an alarming noise from under my car whenever I came to a stop. Horrible Customer Service Skills Here... – Have to say that this might be the worst customer service I have seen in a while - both on the phone and in person. I needed a new wiper motor on my car, thunderstorms were 100% chance that day so needed to get them done. They clearly ripped me off after further investigation on cost of this fix. Plus they pushed and pushed on sales of other 'need to be fixed' items that I told them in the beginning I was not fixing since it was just a car I was borrowing.
