New management, very poor customer service. I brought my car in for a brake inspection at the Nona, Inc. Car-X Naperville location. After I got the estimate, I decided to hold off for now, as the car was safe to drive. When I went into my car, the ignition switch was loose in the dash. It was not this way when I brought it in and when I brought it to there attention they took the dash apart. I have a remote start on my vehicle and there's wiring wrapped around the key cylinder. Knowledgeable Mechanics – I took the car in first thing in the morning and it was done mid-day for well under $200. My a/c fixed. For under $200. These guys are legitimately honest, knowledgeable mechanics.
Call me another happy customer. Came in for all new tires. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, though I can understand if they'd take longer since a lot people like this place. I've since brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotations. Excellent service.

Oil Change – The guys were great at Car-X. I just went in for an oil change and unfortunately, they pointed out what I had been trying to ignore broken tie-rod, cracked spring, leaking struts and bald tires. News I did not want to hear, but had to fix none-the-less. And they did fix everything in afternoon. Thanks guys!
Pretty Excited – I love this place. Apart from being annoyed when it's time to maintenance the middle-aged man I am drive around, I'm usually pretty excited to get back and I know that has to be pretty rare.
Great Crew – Car-X Auto Service crews great. They do the job right & there is no gouging. Just call and make an appointment & you'll probably get in the next day. Never had an issue with any of the work they've done and I've been going easily for a while now.
Reliable – I came across them years ago when looking to replace my catalytic convertor. They were about half the price of most places and did the job well. Years later there hasn't been an issue with it. They take the time to listen to the various squeaks and rattles that my older car is now presenting with on a regular basis. These guys are wonderful, and knowledgeable.
