Chris said I needed a nut, he didn't help look for one, it set there for 3 weeks..and him telling me the wrong nut. so I sold it and guess what I didn't need a nut, they were already on the truck they didn't even look at it if they had it was a easy fix Never going back there again... And 18.00 a day to let it set there is stupid.
They worked on my husband F150 truck the timing chain broke and the oil screen was clogging up the small pieces of the timing chain so we had no oil pressure either . This was a timely job not that simple it took 3 days to fix because they had to remove some thing just to get the chain back on .Some people just don't realize things take time ! took my zx10 in for service i has never ran so good the did a wonderful job the staff were very helpful and fixed it in 2 days when i had had it at another shop and could not get them to work on it
He's a COMPLETE RIP OFF.l took a scooter, in to get repaired, repeatedly, and every time, it would break down on me, within 2miles of his shop. Please "BEWARE" DO NOT, take anything there.
Terrible service, they did not know what was wrong with my car and charged me for something that was not even broken!
My car was stalling a lot so I decided to take it here. They told me I needed a new engine, so I paid to have it replaced. Turns out the engine was fine and they would not refund my money

Nice local folks, but completed an insurance collision repair very poorly. Left 3 of 5 primary anchors for cosmetic bumper cover. Concluded the fender paint acceptable despite clear shiny unfilled bodywork. Did not honor replacement parts as required. 45 days for repair. Ridiculous situation. Warning.
Never use this business. Had our vehicle for months, they finally said they completed the work. We found out a few months later when we took vehicle to another repair shop that the work that Carworks said they did was never actually done.
