Took our truck in for a full wash. We wanted a "California Wash" with all the dressings. An Asian lady (the owner) told us that she wouldn't put it thru her machines so they would hand wash it. We asked if everything would be cleaned as listed. She assured us that "they would clean everything". After 1 hour, 25 mins the truck was ready. But it wasn't clean! I had a really disappointing experience here. I paid for a spray wax and carpet/mat shampoo service, and after waiting over 2 hours for my car, I came back to find that my driver’s side floor mat was missing. When I brought it to their attention, they told me the mat was never taken out, which is simply not true. I have been coming here for more than a year. Every time my experience is good. They are fast and efficient. Not super friendly but their work is good. The owners are always on site, ensuring things are running smoothly. Highly recommend.
Muy mal servicio pedí un servicio de 120 con shampoo en el interior y quedo muy mal limpio no pasaron ni trapos en los porta vasos y aparte no limpiaron ni la parte de atrás no recomiendo este servicio y uno les dice y se hacen los sordos y silo le dicen a uno sorry
Terrible place for so many reasons not worth my time to say just don’t risk it.
