SCAM!!! Do not use tsunami!!!! I have over 120$ in fraudulent charges from tsunami express not including my monthly account!!!! They are refusing to refund and not returning or accepting my calls any longer!!! FRAUD!!! SCAM!!!!
I've been coming to this car wash for a while, but since the ownership changed, I've noticed a difference in the quality. Unfortunately, my car came out still dirty this last time. It seems like the washing mechanism may have been changed, because it's not cleaning as thoroughly as before. I spoke with the staff and suggested running the car through again. Two things for the low rating. After every car wash I had to use a towel to wipe off the streak marks on my hood and back of my car (Kia Stinger) every time. When it was Take 5 they had a technician doing a prewash on hood and back of car - NOT ANYMORE! Lastly, when I cancelled my membership I got email confirmation they cancelled but they still charged me for two more months till I had my bank block them - BAD CARWASH!!
The wash was good. No towels were available.
I've been coming here over a year.And now all of a sudden they won't spray your floor mats.We're really glad they're keeping the quality up
