Carwash USA owner is an @sshole – The owner is a complete @SShole. Overall the wash isnt bad, but they have damaged my wheels on 3 occasions and when confronted the owner and staff take no resposnsibiloty. Quotes from the owner after he damaged the wheels on my car "I dont need the business" "get your car off the property" "We didnt cause the damage it was there from before" The owner is uneducated and rude and its shocking that he has a sucesful business. If you have car you ake pride in dont waste your money here.
They Broke my car!!! – Today i got a wash and a lil more. I was assaulted. Thats right. After seeing the severe damage caused to my interior i confronted the mgr. He said not my fault, I said I know "1 of your workers damaged my car." @ 1st he was pretty nice and said i cover any damage up to $20 but thats it." Best car wash in PA – The price is a little high, but it is well worth it. And the free car wash with a oil change is a great deal too! I have been coming here for years. The employees are respectful and seem to work hard, and the managers are pretty good too. Although there is one manager who seemed to go above and beyond, I think his name was Kilroy...I haven't seen him around, its ashame because he was really good at what he did.
Great wash and clean inside and out. alot of managers and employees think they are better than you and they have bad attitudes – the best wash you can get around here. Prices arent too bad. good oil change and car wash deal ($35). One thing, when I was there not too long ago, alot of the staff was rude (not the employees behind the desk, the managers and people who do oil changes, etc..) When you want it done right – If you want it done right, and in this case dont feel like getting soaked doing it yourself, take it here! A fantastic job inside and out! A little (and really only a little) more than the fistful of quarters that never gets it clean, and you get a thorough job, more than the usual tunnel, way more. And as a personal aside, Ive been there several times, a few I was lax and left cash in the dashboard- and it was there when I got it back- a rarity in my experience. Overrated – I've used this car wash for years, mainly because they discount gas by 10 cents a gallon when you get a wash. However, the job they do on the wash is at best average. I wind up doing the wheels myself at home because they never get them really clean. The service leaves even more to be desired. One of the "managers" has a real attitude. First Class Service – I am the type of person that does not like anyone washing my car except myself. I am very picky with carwashes. However, Car Wash USA did an outstanding job cleaning my vehicle inside and out. This is an extremely busy car wash and you may wait a few minutes longer than other places, but it is worth the wait. There are a few dozen employees and you will see over a dozen cars at times being cleaned all at the same time. My car looked incredible inside and out.
