The Worst car wash. Their driver backed my car into another car after coming out of the wash. And I had 2 gifts siting on my front seat that I did not think I had to worry about. I was wrong, one of the gifts were stolen from the front seat and to top that off, they never vacuumed my car. When I complained, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I will never be back there as well as all of my friends will never be back there. Poor management, Poor job, Poor customer service. THIEVES!!!

Horrible wash job with spots left all over. I will NEVER go there again!!!! And I was extrememly upset...when I left the wash I noticed 2 of my tire valve caps were stolen off the right side of my Infiniti car. I know exactly who did it and went back to confront the owner and the guy who dried my car and both were arrogant @ssholes!!!!! The owner especially. To treat a customer like that is outrageous! Warning to all people- the workers steal there!!!!!!!!!!! Be warned!!

WASTE OF MONEY!!! – DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I could have saved my money & spit on my car & got the same results as I did going to this car wash. I keep a clean car, just needed dash wiped & floors vacuumed of usual debris that collects from shoes, nothing major that $25 shouldn't cover, right? Wrong! A very clean car – i havent got my car washed in a year. it was covered with everything you can imagine. When i left it looked like new. They took the time to do it right. and it looks it. i will recommend them to my friends.

Service has gone DOWN – Just came back from my car wash, and the inside of my car looks like CRAP. I was in a rush to get home, so i waited till I got home to call them, and of course, the manager was too busy, and will call me back. We'll see. But the dash still has pollen all over it, and there are wet and dirty footprints on the door jam. And their new "spring special" were they power wash the floor mats, just creates wet floor mats. Owner is ignorant to his staff and his customers – I accidentally forgot my credit card here while getting gas (You still need to hand it in here because they do not have swipes at the pumps). I show up the next day to get it. After the nice woman behind the desk expains to me that the owner must get it, she walks out to the car wash line and proceeds to get screamed at by her hostile boss. Owner is a greedy, arrogant, rude sorry excuse of a man – The car wash and job done by the employees is VERY good! My complaint is with the a-hole owner. I paid to have my tires get some armorall and asked if they would wipe down the bra on my car and he acted as if I had asked him to wipe it down with gold....he sarcastically told me that it costs him $1000 a drum and that he wouldn't do it!! Best carwash ever. Always. – I was very surprised to see a complaint about Carwash-USA. I have had my car washed there for more years than I care to remember. The service is excellent as the detail men must have instructions to not release the car to the customer unless it is perfect.
