I went to get my car washed here on Saturday Jan 30th, paid $7 for the no touch wash and the machine merely sprayed soap on my car then turned on the dryer. My car wasn't even rinsed once. When I called the number to get my money back I got a voicemail. Almost a week later and no returned calls. Now the voicemail is full? This carwash is a scam and these people are criminals. Worst car wash and worst customer service I've ever experienced. Still seeking a refund to this day.

It got the top layer of salt off so I can see out of my windows but now I need to rewash it with cloth to get the actual dirt layer off. Premium was not worth it, I should have just gotten the cheap wash for the same result.
TOUCHLESS CARWASH IS BROKEN AND WILL EAT YOUR MONEY!!!! Now... let's see if they're honest enough to give me a refund!
Got my car washed today. The worst car wash I've ever been through in my life. Cars still dirty in a lot of spots it shouldn't be. There's still soap all over my car. I had to take it to a do it yourself car wash and spend another 4$ to finish the job correctly. Will never go there again.
